DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-


  • Death Certificate of Husband/Physical Disability Certificate
  • Adhaar Card with the date of birth
  • Age proof i.e. Voter Card, Birth Certificate, School Certificate. 
  • Bank Passbook
  • 04 Photographs
  • Proof of BPL (Optional)
  • Self Declaration


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-


  • The applicant must not avail any another pension facility from Central/State Government
  • Must not doing any government/private job
  • Must not have any source of income
  • Must not have annual income more than Rs. 60,000/- (Including Rent & Interest)
  • Must not have any commercial property
  • Must not have a residential house more than 200 square meter
  • Must not Income Tax/Professional Tax/VAT Payee


DETAILED PROCEDURE:-

                                                                   First of all, prepare your pension file from any professional. After that certify your file from your village/city Sarpanch/M.C. Then report by circle patwari. After that submit your pension file in any nearest Seva Kendra. They will process your application and after completion of all procedure, your pension will be started.


Note: In some districts, the signature of circle kanongo also required for the old-age pension.
