- Police Report about lost passport
- Photocopy of passport (If available)
- Adhaar Card
- 10th Class Certificate (If available)
- Spouse Adhaar Card (If the name of spouse not endorsed on the previous passport)
- An affidavit stating that how and where the passport was lost
Along with the above said documents you need to book your appointment in the nearest Passport Office. We always advise hiring any professional for your legal work. Now in all the passport Seva kendras they forced to everybody for the purchase of passport cover. Even sometimes they told the applicants, about the purchase of passport cover is compulsory. So I strongly recommend if you don't need such cover so never pay any penny to them.
After clearance of police verification, the passport will courier to applicant via speed post. The approximate time for the issuance of a passport is 15 to 30 days.
