LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NEC:-


  • 15 years fard jamabandi issued by circle patwari
  • Adhaar Card of applicant
  • 01 recent passport size photograph of applicant
  • Sale Dee/Sale Certificate (If available)


APPLICATION PROCEDURE:-

                                                                          First, you need to contact any Advocate along with above-said documents. The advocate will inspect the legal record of the property of the last 15 years. Then file of NEC prepared and attested by an advocate. After that, you need to appear in nearest Seva Kendra.

ISSUING AUTHORITY:-

                                                             The Tehsildar cum Sub-Registrar empowers to issue Non-Encumbrance certificate. This certificate used to prove clearance of all encumbrances of above-said property.
