DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-
- 01 photograph of the applicant
- 01 photograph of the beneficiary
- 01 Identity proofs of applicant i.e. Adhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport etc.
- Copy of Birth Certificate (Only In case the previously issued certificate is available)

DETAILED PROCEDURE:-
First of all, prepare your file from any professional. If your prior
birth certificate lost or damaged then must attach a copy of the birth certificate
along with your file. After that submit
your file in any nearest Seva Kendra. The Seva Kendra will forward your file to Local/District Registrar of Birth & Deaths. If the record of your birth is not online then about 15 to 30 days have bee taken on the issuance of birth certificate.
NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE:-
If the record of birth is not registered in the register of Registrar Birth & Deaths then they will issue Non-Availability Certificate instead of birth certificate. On the basis of Non-Availability Certificate known as Not Found Certificate, we can apply for the birth certificate.
