How to apply for Permanent Driving Licence | list of documents required for permanent driving licence in Punjab

When you got one-month-old learner licence then you are eligible for Permanent Driving Licence. Now we discuss the full procedure of Permanent Driving Licence.


LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PERMANENT D.L:-

  • 01 Month Old Learner Licence
  • 02 Passport Size Photographs
  • 01 Proof of Address i.e. Adhaar Card
  • 01 Proof of  Date of Birth i.e. PAN Card, School Certificate, Passport etc.


PROCEDURE FOR PERMANENT DRIVING LICENCE:-


                                      First of all, you need to contact any professional for the preparation of a permanent licence file. He will affix your appointment in the office of Local Licencing Authority. Where you need to personally appear for photograph and signature purpose. Then you proceed for physical driving licence.

TEST OF PERMANENT DRIVING LICENCE:-
                                                 
                                                                                            After your photograph, you need to present at your area Driving Test Track for test purpose. If you are applying for a driving licence of Car and Motor Cycle then you need to clear test for both segments. When you successfully clear driving test and submit your file in the office of licensing authority. Then your licence will be issued on the fixed day.

  1. Despite the Expedited passport card's reduced complexity and scope, stricter requirements for eligibility remain in place. The standards are as stringent as those for a standard passport. Since applying for both requires the same steps, you may do so on a single form.
